Rubber Penetrator DBD, full name "2,2'-dithiodibenzanilide" (CAS No.: 135-57-9), is a highly efficient rubber additive. Its molecular formula is C26H20N2O2S2, and its molecular weight is 456.58. The product is a light yellow powder, with low toxicity and no pollution. It is soluble in a variety of organic solvents such as benzene, ethanol and acetone, but insoluble in water. Rubber Penetrator DBD is mainly used in the formulation of natural rubber, synthetic rubber or alloy rubber. It is usually added to the emulsifier containing crude rubber and added to the mixer as soon as possible after cracking. Its optimal working temperature is 155°C±5°C, and the recommended dosage is 0.1 to 0.5 parts. The product has good storage stability, but it needs to be stored in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place to avoid direct sunlight. The packaging forms are mainly 25kg plastic woven bags, paper plastic film bags and kraft paper bags, which are convenient for transportation and storage.
