Product Introduction
Vulcanization accelerator DCBS (DZ) is a sulfonamide accelerator with the molecular formula C19H26N2S2, molecular weight 346.56, and CAS number 4979-32-2. The product is a light yellow to light pink powder, insoluble in water, but soluble in organic solvents such as gasoline, ethanol, ether, acetone, benzene, toluene, dichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride, with excellent anti-scorch performance and delayed curing performance. DCBS is compatible with natural rubber and synthetic rubber, and is widely used in products such as radial tires, rubber belts and shock absorbers, especially with good adhesion to metals. The product specifications are powder, oil powder and granules, with an initial melting point ≥97.0℃, heat loss ≤0.30%, and ash content ≤0.30%. The product has passed a number of national certifications, including S9001 quality management system certification and ISO14001 environmental management system certification, ensuring its high standards of quality and safety. DCBS is suitable for storage in a dry, cool, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, and is packaged in 25kg paper-plastic composite bags lined with PE bags.
