Product Introduction
Rubber antioxidant MBZ (Zinc 2-mercapto benzimidazole, molecular formula C14H10N4S2Zn, CAS number 3030-82-6) is a kind of rubber antioxidant mainly used in natural rubber (NR), chloroprene rubber (CR), ethylene propylene rubber (EPR), styrene - Non-polluting secondary antioxidants for butadiene rubber (SBR) and nitrile rubber (NBR). Its main characteristics are off-white powder, odorless but with a bitter taste, soluble in acetone and alcohol, and insoluble in benzene, gasoline and water. In terms of thermal oxidation protection, the rubber antioxidant MBZ is particularly effective when used in combination with amine antioxidants. It can also be used alone or in combination with other antioxidants such as DNR or AP. Its initial melting point is not less than 270℃, the drying loss rate is not more than 1.50%, the zinc content is between 15.0-20.0%, the 150μm sieve residue rate is not more than 0.50%, and the density is 1010kg/m³ at 20℃. The product is packaged in 20kg plastic woven bags, plastic-paper composite bags or kraft paper bags. It needs to be stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment away from direct sunlight. The shelf life is 24 months.
